Susan was first introduced to yoga at a community college class in 1990 and instantly felt a deep connection to the poses. Yoga strengthened her body and calmed her mind. She later studied with Judith Hanson Lasater, and discovered the benefits of restorative yoga. She is y4c certified, and teaches restorative yoga at the Disney Family Cancer Center in Burbank CA . Susan also leads guided meditation classes.
