Virtual vs In Person Oncology Yoga SupportIn person
BioSince 2017, I have been teaching oncology yoga through USA Health's Mitchell Cancer Institute in Mobile. This has included regular classes, retreats and its survivorship program. I have also taught classes for other oncology retreats and camps in the area. I am grateful for the opportunity to share yoga with the patients, survivors and caregivers I have met, and I thank each of them and the experience for changing my life too.
