A seasoned teacher of Yoga, Pilates-based Movement, Barre, and Stress Management techniques, I draw upon more than 30 years of professional experience and an academic background in Educational Leadership to thoughtfully weave together compassionate classes and supportive learning opportunities with my students' needs at the forefront.
