Mary Lou is former executive turned yoga instructor and breast cancer survivor. Her certifications include E-RYT 200, and Oncology Yoga through Yoga4Cancer™. She has found immense joy teaching beginner friendly yoga classes in NYC studios, gyms, office and residential buildings.
Her personal practice was vital to her overall recovery from breast cancer treatment. She aims to empower others through a well rounded yoga practice and help them move better in their day-to-day lives
