Biocertification in 2019 when I attended in house training with Tari in MAINE. I am presently teaching at our local Wellspring Niagara Cancer CENTRE where we run an 8 week series utilizing past training and current updates ( such as the symptom video series on the website).I teach other classes in Niagara such as Hatha yoga, Restorative, Yin and a special FANTASTIK fascia class. I am also a mat pilates teacher.
