I am a yoga therapist and teacher with over 23 yrs experience working with those affected by cancer, treatments and surgeries. Having taught other yoga teachers, authoring a manual and advanced training for yoga teachers to work with those with cancer and other health challenges. I established yoga therapy and volunteered at Wilmot Cancer Center while also delivering Integrated Oncology Lectures. I personally am and have lived with the life altering changes and damages that come with cancer.
