I believe in the transformative power of Yoga. Having received my first of many Teaching certifications in 1999, I have been passionately sharing the multidimensional facets of yoga practice with my students and clients.

Drawing from my studies and experience in Hatha yoga, my intention is to create a space to practice safely and intelligently allowing each participant to reconnect with themselves. I am an Approved Provider for Unite for HER (U4H), a national nonprofit organization.
