Yoga and meditation have been Heidi Olinger’s tools for managing the grief of losing her family to cancer. A yoga practitioner since 1991, Heidi entered yoga teacher training after her partner, Jim, lost his life to gastric cancer. Upon completing her initial training with Kaitlyn Holsapple, Heidi entered training with Tari Prinster and the Yoga4Cancer team. Through Heidi’s group classes and private sessions, students gain their own tools for gaining quality of life and healing.
