Hi, I am glad you are here. I teach yoga both to the general public and to people who have been touched by cancer. Yoga has played and still play a massive part in my daily life, and has allowed me – together with many other elements – to recover from stage 4 breast cancer. It has done more than that too, it's opened the door to a fuller life, with more meaning, joy and purpose and I would love to work along side you and guide you to see what it can do for you too, loving yourself into healing.
