Sonia Lobo, PhD is a Professor of Biochemistry at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. Her areas of research expertise are in signal transduction and cancer biology. Dr. Lobo is also a registered RYT-200 yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance and has been teaching yoga continuously for the past ten years. She is certified in Yin Yoga through Jamtse school and is a Yoga4Cancer (Y4C)-certified yoga instructor allowing heto offer classes for cancer patients and survivors.
