I began practicing yoga during a stressful time and quickly fell in love with the sense of peace it brought me. This led to years of practice and eventually becoming a certified RYT-200 teacher in 2015. I’ve since earned additional certifications, including yoga4cancer© and Yin Yoga. Since 2016, I’ve taught at the Cancer Support Community, helping patients find calm and strength through yoga. I believe in teaching from the heart, linking breath with movement, and living in the present moment.
