Years of experience have shown me that yoga and related practices can help support physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual balance. My focus is on working with people who are experiencing health challenges, chronic illness, or age-related physical changes, or increased stress. I have had a long career as a nurse. The understanding of human health, anatomy, physiology, body mechanics and nutrition that I have gained helps support my offerings of gentle and safe yoga experience.
