I am a registered yoga teacher, end of life doula, and founder of Chrysalides Yoga llc. I completed 200 hour Essential Teacher Training with Francois Raoult at Open Sky Yoga Center in Rochester, NY and 300 hour Advanced Teacher Training at Kripalu. I have also completed Relax and Renew® Level 1 certification with Judith Hanson Lasater, yoga4cancer certification with Tari Prinster and yoga for teens and children at YogaEd.com. I love sharing the gift of yoga!
