I live in the St. Cloud, MN, area and began my yoga teacher journey in 2010. I added the y4c oncology yoga training in 2018 to which I am honored to be a part of. I have been offering this class through the Sartell Community Education program for several years and we have established a community of support and respect for each other. I am humbled to offer what I can to those wherever they are at on their cancer story.
