I have been teaching yoga for 7 years and practicing for over 40 years. My motto is, “Come as you are, use what you have and do what you can.” This applies to whatever type of class I am teaching from chair yoga for seniors, to cancer survivors, to private clients. Yoga is a journey to physical, mental and spiritual growth. My intention is to enable students to find that connection and live healthier, stronger and more joyful lives.
