Greetings ~ I am a yoga alliance E500+ hr instructor, with 23 years experience teaching Hatha/Iyengar influenced classes, chair yoga, and certified Y4C teacher 2018, 2022. Looking to teach more with Oncology aligned classwork, along with support for survivors/treatment recovery through therapeutic massage, fall 2023. Trained in level one lymphatic drainage therapy, along with acupressure point studies/asian massage, and eager to further studies Lymphatic Drainage Therapy.
