yoga4cancer Mentor Sessions offer you direct, focused support from a senior y4c teacher — three 45-minute live teaching demonstrations and reviews, followed by a personalized written guidance summary.

Whether you’ve just completed your certification, been asked to do additional work before certification or you’ve been teaching oncology yoga for years, this is an opportunity to bring your actual teaching — your sequencing, your cueing, your modifications and transitions — into a supported, honest conversation with someone who will see your strengths clearly and help you grow into them.
