Susan has over 30 years of experience in health care to inspire others to experience physical and emotional wellness through the practice of yoga. She has practiced yoga for 15 years and obtained her 200 teaching hours in September 2022. In 2026 she completed a 75-hour certificate program becoming a Yoga 4 Cancer trained teacher. Practicing with Susan, students will gain stability, achieve balance, improve flexibility and promote relaxation to sustain healthy yoga practices.
