Valérie, better known as Mettā Yoga Luxembourg is trained in Oncology Yoga, Vinyasa, Thai Yoga Massage, Yoga Nidra, with a deep love towards the slow introspective Yin Yoga practice.

The diversity of each and everybody leads her to teach yoga with a functional approach, to suit the needs of every student.
