I have taken Hatha Yoga type and vinyasa training with Jan Henrikson from Joos Yoga in Saskatoon. I am also a massage therapist that specializes in breast health, offering various classes, as well as Yoga for breast cancer survivors. I love being able to support people who are on their cancer journey and look forward to using the yoga4cancer methodology in my teaching.
