I completed over 500 hours of residential training at the Mount Madonna Institute in Watsonville, CA with more than 10 years teaching experience and 7 years of yoga studio ownership. Diagnosed and treated for cancer in 2019, I strengthened my understanding of of yoga's benefits through personal practice. As a survivor, I enrolled in yoga4cancer teacher training in early 2020. I am currently taking a sabbatical from teaching.
