Ra is an Indiana-based yoga teacher (E-RYT 500, YACEP) and licensed massage therapist. She is an IAYT-certified yoga therapist. She has dedicated her life outside of work and raising children in the last 10 years to learning from many gifted teachers of yoga, completing massage school, and attaining several certifications. Ra is certified in Ashiatsu Massage, Yoga 4 Cancer, Oncology and Hospital Massage, Manual Lymph Drainage, Myofascial Release, and is a Reiki Master.
