I have been a Registered Nurse since 1981 and obtained my 500 hour RYT and my Y4C teacher certification in 2015. I have been a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) in 2017. I am currently a substitute teacher for a Yoga for Cancer Recovery class at Asheville Community Yoga in Asheville NC.
