I have over 8 years experience of supporting groups and individuals with cancer using yoga and yoga therapy. I work online and in person. It is my overall aim to assist you in finding ease in your physical and emotional body as you journey through treatment and recovery. The yoga therapy I offer is, where possible, evidence based, always individually tailored, holistic, and ultimately empowering.
