I am a certified 500HR Yoga teacher with specialty training in Oncology Yoga (75HR). I found Yoga4Cancer while caring for a family member diagnosed with cancer. I discovered I was not quite equipped with the needed awareness and understanding that comes with caregiving; Yoga4Cancer helped me to better understand the cancer process and also provided me with the support I needed to manage the emotional, mental, and physical ups and downs of the cancer journey.
