Liz is an RN, board certified in holistic nursing and wellness coaching. She received her 500-hour yoga teacher certification, along with additional trainings as a certified yoga nurse and trauma-sensitive yoga teacher. She also teaches mindfulness meditation at an integrative oncology center. Liz weaves together her knowledge and experience to create classes that suit practitioners of all levels, focusing on their strengths, abilities, and preferences to achieve their desired level of wellness.
