My journey began post breast cancer treatment in 2009. I became a certified teacher through yoga alliance in 2012 and completed the Y4C- yoga for cancer training in 2015. I am currently teaching yoga, yoga for cancer and a strength class called “Healthy Bones.” My classes incorporate yoga poses based on yoga for cancer, breath awareness, vinyasa flow, restorative poses and meditation that promote healing, reduce stress, improve muscular strength, balance and concentration.
