This FREE series is specifically designed for cancer patients and survivors to provide safe and effective ways to manage cancer recovery.

Getting Started Videos

Creating a solid foundation for anything is vital for safety and impact. We developed these ‘Getting Started’ Videos to help those new to yoga or those new to Oncology Yoga to create that foundation. They are designed to be used in conjunction with the full class provided at the end – ’60 Minute Class’. They are also useful with other classes or practices.
