Bio

I am a retired dental hygienist who has been teaching yoga for seven years and practicing for twenty. I am a 200RYT with additional certifications in Yin, Chair, Yoga Nidra, Qigong and Oncology Yoga. I am a Reiki Practitioner and volunteered at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, CT. My classes are designed for accessibility and safety. . I am presently teaching at The Hive Women’s Empowerment Center in Windsor Locks, CT where Oncology Yoga is offered.
